The product is compact and lightweight with reduced width, making the space required for equipment installation smaller. U-shaped base and housing are made of high strength aluminum alloy. Steel guide rail and base are formed in one body to achieve equal load capacity in four directions. The whole series can be oiled externally without removing the lid. Special steel belt structure design, can be used in clean room environment. Repeatable positioning accuracy up to ±0.005mm.
